What If...? Galactus Transformed Spider-Gwen? #1, published on January 29, 2025, presents an alternate reality where Spider-Gwen becomes a herald of Galactus. After aiding a wounded herald of Galactus, Gwen is empowered and enlisted in the service of the World-Devourer. Despite her new role surveying the galaxy, her heroic instincts lead her to confront Galactus when she encounters a world reminiscent of her own.
